Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund policy

If we accept the cancellation, then we will process a refund. The refund process will be initiated by us within 1–2 working days. The money will be refunded to you within 10 working days, depending on the bank.

At our discretion, we may levy a 2% penalty if someone is misusing our website by frequently making the payment and asking us to cancel it all the time.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • The refund request must be initiated within 5 days of the purchase date.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

Certain types of items are non-refundable, as per Google Merchant Policy and our own discretion. These include:

  • Downloadable software products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Personalized items.

Changes to this Refund Policy:

We reserve the right to update or change our Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and will be posted on this page.

By making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Refund Policy.

Cancellation policy

You cannot cancel the order and demand a refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases, and refunds will be in the form of store credit:

If the buyer does not receive delivery of the ordered products within 30 days, Green Beverages will fail to ship the ordered products.

if the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.

No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.

No returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he or she doesn’t like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn’t match his or her expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases:

Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer

non-availability of the recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises

Refusal to accept products delivered at the place or to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself.

Force majeure event

In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer
